In 2013, the Bayat Foundation continued its mission dedicated to nourishing the people of Afghanistan through its annual Winter Aid program, which brings essential supplies such as food, blankets, winter clothing, coats, and space heaters to some of Afghanistan’s most vulnerable families. During 2013, the Foundation distributed supplies in Badakhshan Province , Baghlan Province, Bamyan Province, Panjsher Province, Parwan Province, Mashal Bayat High School, Jalalabad Orphanage, and many different areas of Kabul including Karte-e-Parwan Daramsal, Karte Now, and Beni Hassane.
